Piping Pipit automatically calculates the cut size for each pipe and fitting combination based on the standard allowance specified by JIS and other standards. In addition, the Professional version supports more flexible installation by allowing the user to set the allowance for each nominal diameter, and also supports configurations using nipple joints.

Water supply core fittings are based on the same dimensional structure as **JIS B 2301 "Threaded malleable iron pipe fittings "**, but the actual product lineup and compatible nominal diameters are limited, and there are minute differences in shape and dimensions among manufacturers, which can cause confusion during on-site selection and calculation.

Piping Pipit" includes only products and nominal sizes that have been sold by multiple manufacturers, and notes are provided for nominal sizes with dimensional differences. These considerations help prevent misidentification and installation problems.

With this update, it is now possible to calculate cut dimensions for configurations with straight pipes and water supply core fittings connected.

In addition, the following additional functions are available in the professional version (fee-based).

* Arbitrary setting of the allowance for each nominal diameter.

* Calculate pipe lengths by connecting nipple fittings instead of straight pipes.

These functions enable flexible calculations that can be applied to more complex connection configurations and situations where fine-tuning of each product is required.

In the free version, calculations are performed using the JIS-defined female thread length of the joint as the entry allowance.

What is "Piping Pipit"?

Piping Pipit" is an application that allows users to easily obtain cut dimensions from a combination of fittings.
