How to use AI in the field of nursing care? from the local community

As Japan's population ages, the nursing and welfare fields are facing a serious shortage of human resources and an increased workload.

One solution to this problem is the use of generative AI.

We are pleased to announce that we will hold an event for caregivers, "AI Application Experience," at Green Day Kirigaoka, a community-based day service in Kirigaoka, Kita-ku, Tokyo.

At the event, we will demonstrate how AI can improve the efficiency of "interview recording" and "plan writing," which are daily tasks for caregivers. The event will also provide an opportunity to exchange opinions on the use of AI in the field of nursing care and welfare, and to disseminate a new model of work style from the community.

Introduction of "Mr. AI Support" by Papageno

Demonstration of how to use the AI to generate documents from the voice of the interviewer

Sharing of problems in the field of support & exchange of opinions

After the program, the venue will be opened for about an hour for participants to casually interact with each other.

What is "AI Support-san"?

AI Jyosupport-san" is a support recording application born from the voices of caregivers and welfare workers.

Just by recording interviews, drafts of face sheets and service utilization plans are automatically generated. Conventional forms in Word or Excel format can be utilized by simply registering them with AI Support-san, thus promoting DX onsite without difficulty.

The system has already been introduced at home care support offices and consultation support offices nationwide, contributing to the reduction of overtime work and improvement of operational efficiency.

Yasumasa Tanaka

Representative Director of Papageno Inc. Mental Health Worker. After working in business development at a healthcare startup and conducting research on media and suicide at the Kanagawa University of Health and Welfare's Graduate School of Health Innovation, he founded Papageno in 2022.
