SiOKUMA BAKERY has a 27-year history dating back to its predecessor, Lemon Bakery. The Fushiko store will open around November of this year, and will also offer drinks and other items for customers to enjoy as a café eat-in space.

In its 28th year, the bakery has decided to launch a specialty store focusing on "salted bread," a simple yet popular trend. The products and design of the shop will be produced by "hanninmae", the same company that created the very popular and famous "Milked Drake", "Maruyama Bagel LOOP", and "Fermented Milk Butter Honpo".

Hokkaido's cutting-edge artisans have joined forces to bring smiles to the faces of the people of Sapporo through their brand.

SiOKUMA BAKERY's bread is made with Hokkaido wheat "Minori Chikara" and "Harukirari" and rolled with butter in a simple dough. Unlike ordinary salted bread, SiOKUMA BAKERY's bread is characterized by its pretzel-like, sticky texture.
