Recently, many companies are trying to improve business efficiency safely and quickly by utilizing generative AI. In particular, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation: RAG), in which AI searches and refers to necessary information and generates answers based on the information, has been attracting attention in the business use of generative AI. In many cases, RAG requires preprocessing of business data such as documents and databases into a Large Language Model (LLM), which is data that can be captured by an AI model, leading to increased configuration complexity and operational costs.
