Lecturer/Organizer Yohei Koumoto Profile
Graduated from Hitotsubashi University, Faculty of Commerce, Yohei Koumoto joined L'Oreal Japan K.K. in 2002. In 2002, he joined L'Oreal Japan, where he was in charge of marketing for luxury brand e-commerce launches and membership programs. In 2010, he established Yohei Koumoto's office (now Tofusha Co., Ltd.). He has been involved in training, seminars, and consulting throughout Japan, focusing on marketing and logical thinking, and has instructed and supported more than 5,000 people at 300 companies. He is a certified small and medium enterprise diagnostician. Author of five books.
About the board game training program "Sweet Market
Sweet Market" is a proprietary individual game that is played in groups of four using 76 cards and a game board that covers product, distribution, sales promotion, etc. The game is designed to be played by a group of four people. Classroom training tends to be avoided because it is "boring," "dull," and "not useful in the real world. In contrast, we have combined the currently popular board game with corporate training and spent three years developing the game so that participants can learn about marketing while playing the game. More than 300 people have already experienced the game.
This game will not be sold to the general public, but will be implemented within the business training provided by the Company and Tofusha Co. By gaining knowledge in the training lecture and experiencing it through the game, participants will gain synergy and deepen their learning.
