About the new song "Moonlight
The theme of the new song "Moonlight" is "love that wraps you up like the moon. It expresses the cycle of love in which you illuminate someone else with the love you have received, just as the moon shines reflecting the light of the sun. The song was released on July 11, the full moon, and the music video on July 25, the new moon. The arrangement was done by Tommy, who teaches the "Composition and Arrangement (DTM) Course" at Voice Entertainment Academy. This is Senri's first ballad-like song in two years.
The music video was shot at St. Patrick's Church, the only authentic English building in Okayama Prefecture. The Gothic-style church features 18th century national treasure stained glass windows imported from Ireland, which appear frequently in the video. Senri attended a Christmas live performance at the church in December 2011, and the church was mentioned as a possible location for the video from the planning stages of the song. The solemn atmosphere of the church and the enveloping beauty of the stained glass windows blend together to create a music video that embodies the theme of the song, "Love that wraps you up like the moon.

Tommy's Comment
When I first heard Chisato's demo soundtrack, I could picture a scene like a ray of moonlight shining through the darkness of a quiet night. We arranged the song with the primary focus on bringing out the full appeal of the sad yet beautiful melody and melancholy voice that she spins.
The core of the arrangement was based on the "shimmering" and "stillness" of the moonlight. The delicate piano arpeggio expresses the shimmering moonlight, and the synthesizer supporting the piano arpeggio expresses the silence of the night and the spread of emotions within it.
I paid particular attention to the interlude part. Here, Chisato's voice and the piano are layered so that they seem to be in dialogue and close to each other. I hope that this will be a time when listeners can face their own hearts and minds.
Just as the moon waxes and wanes, our hearts change in various ways. This is a wonderful piece of music that will gently accompany everyone's heart. Please listen carefully on a quiet night and immerse yourself in the world of "Moonlight.
