Wonder Storage Holdings Co. (Head Office: 1F, Dinos Sapporo Shiroishi Building, 1-8-1 Nangodori, Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido; Representative Director: Hajisuke Sato) has constructed a new head office in Tsukisamu, Toyohira-ku, Sapporo, with the aim of expanding business and strengthening contributions to the local community.

Therefore, we would like to announce that we will hold a preview for local residents and related parties for three days from Thursday, July 24 to Saturday, July 26, 2025, and will start full-scale operations on Friday, August 1, 2025.

The new head office is a multi-functional complex that integrates a medical and dental clinic, a nursing welfare office, a food distribution service center, an employment support facility, and the head office functions, all of which are extremely rare in Japan and the first in Hokkaido. This preview will not be limited to a mere introduction of the facility, but will be held in a festival style with a number of seminars and hands-on booths to introduce our initiatives and new model for realizing higher quality community-based comprehensive care to the local community while having fun.

Background of the establishment of the head office and features of the complex

We have been growing steadily over the course of our business history and achievements to date. We have outgrown our existing office space and have decided to establish this new multi-functional complex in order to accommodate the increase in staff due to business expansion, as well as to provide more comprehensive services to address the complex issues of medical care, nursing care, and lifestyle support that local communities face.

The new head office is not only a simple head office, but also integrates a wide range of businesses on one floor or in the same building, including a medical clinic, a dental clinic, a home-visit care center, a day-care center, an in-home care support center, a meal delivery service center, a labor transition support center, and a continuous support B-type center. This makes it the first model of its kind in Hokkaido to provide a one-stop shop for a wide variety of services tailored to the needs of each individual user, from medical care to nursing care, daily living support, and employment support.

Facilities and Functions: State-of-the-art medical facilities, rehabilitation room, cafeteria serving nutritionally controlled meals, community interaction space, BCP measures, and environmentally friendly facilities.
