Its group company, Ogawa Food & Service, based in Kawasaki City, primarily supplies high-quality meat to restaurants and yakiniku establishments across Japan.
Over the past decade, Ogawa Food & Service has expanded its export operations to six countries and regions, including Macau, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Singapore, and Taiwan, delivering premium Wagyu and domestic beef products.
While traditional demand in overseas markets has centered around loin cuts such as tenderloin, sirloin, and ribeye, recent trends toward healthier eating have led to growing interest in leaner cuts.
