Fujiya Co. (Location: Shinkiba, Koto-ku, Tokyo; Capital: 80 million yen; Representative: Mamoru Fujiki) is pleased to announce that it will open its first store for two weeks only at the B1F food section of the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi main store in the main building from June 25, 2025 (Wednesday).

Since its establishment in Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo in 1963, Fujiya Co., Ltd. has been pursuing unique quality and taste as a "food producing" company, producing and selling high-end foodstuffs such as Peking duck and char siu pork under the higher value-added "FUJIYA BRAND" brand, which have been patronized by hotels and restaurants nationwide. The company's products have been well received by hotels and restaurants across the country.

The limited-time opening of the new store at the Mitsukoshi Department Store in Nihonbashi is the first attempt for the brand, and is positioned as the first step in our strategy to expand the brand in the future.

The store will mainly display popular FUJIYA BRAND products (original products that cannot be purchased anywhere else), such as "honey soup chashu", "Cantonese-style chashu", and "ame no takiaki", which won the Grand Prix at the Japan Food Selection, as well as other products that are available only at the store.
