Diners Club France Patisserie Week 2025, one of the largest French pastry festivals in Japan, will be held from July 1 (Tuesday) to July 31 (Thursday). This year's theme sweet is "Saint-Honoré," a traditional French pastry, and a record number of 312 stores nationwide will participate. During the event, chefs will present a wide variety of "saint-honoré" sweets arranged by their craftsmanship and sensibility. This year, as one of the main attractions of the event, the "Sweets Quotes & Guessing Activity" project has started again. Reporters who attended the press conference held the other day voted for the most popular "Sweets Quotes" invented by the chefs, without mentioning the name of the restaurant or chef.
