Boneless chicken wings are made by hand, and a special rice flour is used for frying. The company's secret boneless and deep-frying method keeps the wings fresh and crispy even after an hour of frying.

Mr. Kaneda, the managing director who developed the product, says, "While I was working on chicken production and processing, I thought, "I want to make chicken wings that anyone, including children and the elderly, can eat easily without having the bones sticking out. We had to manually remove the bones from the chicken wings, but just removing the bones would not preserve the flavor, so we had to work hard to lock in the flavor and make the wings look the same as if they had bones. I made wings that I wanted to take home and eat myself."
