Fried pork buns are back!
The signature item on the menu is the "deep-fried pork bun," which has been the most popular item since the shop's opening. 160 grams of jumbo pork buns are wrapped in a special spring roll skin and deep fried, with a crispy outer skin and a soft and fluffy inner skin. The juicy meat juices in the filling make up the trinity of this prized item.

The "Soup Pork Manju" is made by submerging a 160 gram jumbo pork bun in chicken broth with plenty of beaten egg floating on top. It is a perfect match with our chicken broth, which was developed with "this" pork bun in mind.

In addition to selling pots of Chinese tea, Taiwan beer, green tea, and other beverages, the restaurant also offers a lunch menu and shaved ice made with strawberries from the Ibaraki Strawberry Farm in Osaka, making it a place where customers can enjoy pork buns in a cafe-like atmosphere, with pork buns as the main attraction.
HUA-HUA's "deep-fried pork buns" and "soup pork buns" were born in Osaka.
HUA-HUA was originally born in "Naniwa Shokushinbo Yokocho" in Tempozan Market Place. The signature menu items, "Fried Pork Manju" and "Soup Pork Manju" were also created and patronized there, but since they left the facility in February 2019, they can no longer be enjoyed in Osaka, even though they were born in Osaka.
◆HUA-HUA's "deep-fried pork buns" also broke out in the Kanto region.
After that, the company opened a special stall at the "Chinese Manju Expo" held once a year in the Kanto region. We were planning to re-launch in Osaka, connecting the store name "HUA-HUA" only once a year for 10 days. At the "Chinese Man Expo," where more than 100 kinds of Chinese manju are gathered from all over the country, our "deep-fried pork buns" were picked up by the media as a "unique pork bun arrangement menu," with many customers waiting up to one hour and 6,500 buns being sold during the expo. The event was well received by many customers, with wait times of up to one hour and sales of 6,500 units during the event.
We hope that you will keep an eye on the future of ◆Fu-Fu-Fu.
We are now working on the revival of "deep-fried pork buns" and have finally opened a pork bun store, "Hana Hana" in Benten-cho, Minato-ku, Osaka City, focusing on "deep-fried pork buns.
The concept of the store is "to create a new culture of pork buns in Osaka, the sacred land of pork buns. In the future, we will continue to add pork bun arrangements following "deep-fried pork buns" and "soup pork buns," and will always seek new ways to enjoy "pork buns" through the store's menu. Please keep your eyes on "Pork Manju Jaya Hanahana" in the future.
