Dotonbori Harishige, which was established in 1919 and deals only in female black Japanese beef, is operated by Harishige Co. At "Dotonbori Harishige Grill" (1-9-17 Dotonbori, Chuo-ku, Osaka City), a Western-style restaurant located on the first floor of the same building, "Limited Authentic Sukiyaki", which you can make by yourself, will be available for only 5 servings per day.

Dotonbori Harishige's "Sukiyaki" becomes more accessible with the Harishige Grill
Dotonbori Harishige receives many reservations every day for its famous "Sukiyaki". The Dotonbori Main Restaurant "Dotonbori Harishige Grill," located in the same building as Dotonbori Harishige, offers "Sukiyaki Gozen" and "Sukiyaki Nabe" which are prepared in a pot for one person so that customers can enjoy Sukiyaki more easily. Of course, we use the same Japanese black beef as in Dotonbori Hariju's sukiyaki and carefully prepared warishita, which is based on beef bone broth.
In response to requests for a more authentic version of sukiyaki, we have prepared a "limited edition authentic sukiyaki" that you can make yourself (4,950 yen including tax), limited to 5 servings per day, so that customers using the restaurant and inbound foreigners who want to enjoy the Japanese dish "sukiyaki" can also enjoy it. The most distinctive feature of Dotonbori Hariju is our commitment to meat. We purchase only female Kuroge Wagyu beef, most of which is purchased from a whole cow and aged to be served to our customers in its most delicious state. Dotonbori Harishige features not only sukiyaki but also Western-style dishes such as "beef cutlet," "hamburger steak," and "beef stew," where the finest meat is prepared and served in delicious dishes.
Sukiyaki" and "Western-style dishes" at Harishige have been loved and matured for many years in Dotonbori, Osaka, which is also a theater town, and are enjoyed by foreigners as a traditional Japanese food culture.
