Champion Mango
To be a bridge between Japan and Taiwan - A Japanese born in Taiwan poured his passion into this project and finally realized importing it to Japan! ~ ~Taiwanese-born
When hearing the word "mango" in Japan, many people may think of mangoes from Miyazaki or Okinawa Prefecture, but in fact, mangoes from Pingtung, Taiwan, the home of mangoes, are exceptional in both sweetness and aroma!
This time, we have decided to sell a limited quantity of mangoes at an early bird discount on "Makuake," a service that supports and purchases atarashii things and experiences.
Champion mangoes produced in Pingtung, Taiwan, are so delicious that they overturn the conventional wisdom of mangoes. We hope you will enjoy the difference.
Champion mangoes with a sugar content of over 16 degrees
Characteristics of Champion Mangoes
Japanese mangoes generally have a sugar content of 14 to 15 degrees, but the mangoes from Pingtung, Taiwan introduced here boast a sugar content of 16 degrees or higher.
Taiwanese mangoes are very sweet and have a richer flavor, but are more affordable than ordinary mangoes from Japan. These mangoes are superior in both taste and cost.
One bite and the tropical island of Taiwan spreads!
The "Champion Mango" grown in Pingtung County, Taiwan, will be delivered to Japan this time. The warm climate and rich soil unique to this region have allowed the mangoes to slowly accumulate sweetness, making them a gem.
We are particularly particular about the cultivation method. For fertilizer, we use fermented milk purchased from local dairy farmers to provide rich nutrition to the land.
In addition, only one fruit is left per branch to concentrate the nutrition, resulting in a rich sweetness and deep flavor.
The sizes available this time are 1.5 kg, 2.5 kg, and 5 kg.
With a sugar content of 16 degrees or higher, the superb sweetness of these mangoes is sure to captivate your heart and bring you an unforgettable sensation once you take a bite.
Only mangoes that have passed strict standards are exported to Japan.
