We developed "Itoshima Amaou Roll Cake" using "Amaou Strawberry," a specialty of Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture, where our head office is located, out of a desire to promote the splendor of Itoshima and the appeal of frozen cakes. We will deliver the charm of Itoshima, "little smiles" and "happiness that is always there" to the whole country and the world with frozen sweets that can be stocked at home and defrosted and enjoyed at any time.

The Amao strawberries provided by JA Itoshima are for processing, which are not available in the market. The out-of-spec strawberries with blemishes, uneven color and shape are utilized and processed into jam and other products. We make the best use of these precious strawberries, which are filled with the producer's passion, without wasting them.
