Morohashi Museum of Modern Art will hold "Sauna Fest in Morobi" on April 12 (Sat.) and 13 (Sun.), 2025 as a project related to the exhibition "Totoou Exhibition: Museum Connected to Health Care. This is the first sauna event held at an art museum in Japan.

Eight to ten saunas will be gathered each day in the outdoor area of Morohashi Museum of Modern Art in Bandai-Asahi National Park. After experiencing "Toto-no-U" in the great outdoors, visitors can go to the museum to view the "Toto-no-U" exhibition with their sharpened senses. Two days to enjoy sauna and art!
8 to 10 tents will be gathered each day from inside and outside of the prefecture!

2] Go to an art museum with sharpened senses! Dali, Impressionists, "Manga Sado" and more on display!
In addition to works by Salvador Dali and Impressionists, a special exhibition of original drawings of "Manga Sadou" by Tanakatsuki and original manga by the museum will also be presented.
3】Ten saunas from inside and outside of the prefecture will be on display! Barrel saunas made of Fukushima Prefecture's hinoki cypress will also make an appearance!
The exhibition will feature 8 to 10 saunas from Fukushima Prefecture and other prefectures, and will be displayed in the outdoor area of the museum each day. Exhibitors will change each day.

Recommended items: sauna hat, sauna mat, small bag (e.g., sakosh), towel poncho, bag for wet items
Face towels can be rented at Mercure Urabandai Resort & Spa for 200 yen / bath towels for 400 yen (tax included).
On the day of the event, visitors are required to wipe dry and wear a towel poncho or clothing to enter the museum.
