◆What is "Daikichi Coverall"?
It is our franchise brand for cleaning and management services for buildings, offices, condominiums, and commercial facilities. In principle, no sales activities by franchise owners are required. The Company takes care of all customer acquisition, the most difficult task in the cleaning business, so owners can concentrate only on cleaning and existing customers.
Owners focus on day-to-day cleaning operations and customer relations, and are guaranteed monthly sales. The average monthly sales from regular contracts alone is 800,000 yen, which is as high as the business retention rate.
Since its establishment in 2002, the company has continued to grow steadily, and as of September 2024, the number of member stores has reached 1,351 pairs.
In addition, 86% of Daikichi Coverall franchisees have been in business for more than 10 years*, compared to about 10% of all Japanese companies that have been in business for more than 10 years.

Our mission is to "create a society where everyone can live vigorously," and we are particularly supporting the middle generation, those in their 50s and older.
In the job market, middle-aged people tend to be rejected due to "high labor costs," "difficulty in providing guidance," "health concerns," and "short time to retirement," and the success rate of job change for people in their 50s is extremely low at approximately 6%.
On the other hand, there are a great number of middle-aged and older workers who wish to change jobs. The pressing issues are "how to increase income in one's 50s" and "how to change jobs without career downgrading" before the age at which pension benefits are received.
◆A Second Career for a Rich and Prosperous Life
To overcome this situation, we are supporting a new way of life and work for middle-aged and older people through our cleaning franchise business, "Daikichi Coverall.
The average age of our franchise owners at the time of joining our franchise is 46 years old. The average age of those currently in operation is 53. There is no age limit, and as a result, our brand is chosen by many middle-aged people.
Challenge Plan" with low initial cost and easy challenge
Initial costs are an issue when starting franchise operations. In addition to the franchise fee, you will also need to pay for training, equipment, and sometimes advertising. The initial cost of franchise management is approximately 20 million yen for a business that has a physical store. This is a major barrier for those who do not have sufficient funds or for elderly people with limited operating years.
Therefore, Daikichi Coverall has developed the "Challenge Plan," in which the initial cost is reduced to 2.5 million yen. The business and training content remain the same as the regular plan, but the franchise fee and royalty ratio are adjusted to reduce the initial cost. Sales of 550,000 yen per month are also guaranteed.
This eliminates financial concerns and opens the door to franchise management for more people.
