Shinshowa IX Co. (Head Office: Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture; President: Eiji Kimizuka) is developing "Wizards Garden Inzai Makinohara," a town of 25 single-story houses in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture, with an emphasis on the global environment and family budgets. The first phase of six houses were completed in late March, with three already under contract and three on sale.
All of the houses in the first phase of this subdivision are ZEH (Net Zero Energy House), with a robust 2x4 construction method and tiled exterior walls. In addition, the homes are equipped with photovoltaic power generation systems, high thermal insulation, and other energy-efficient equipment specifications. Through these efforts, we aim to provide comfortable and sustainable housing that contributes to the achievement of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) by reducing environmental impact and improving energy self-sufficiency.

The six buildings in the second phase are currently under construction, with all buildings scheduled for completion in late April 2025. At the same time, a model house will be opened so that more people can experience the appeal of single-story ZEH homes.
