LAC Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toshikazu Murayama; hereafter "LAC") has combined its long experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) integration and operational support with its expertise in security to create a menu of "AWS Operational Support Services" to make cloud computing simpler and safer for companies. AWS Shield Advanced Partners is a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) certified and supported directly by the AWS Shield Response Team (ASRT).
On-site QA and consultation services tailored to the customer's environment
This service provides prompt and appropriate response from an onsite perspective tailored to the customer's environment. We directly respond to issues faced by the customer and aim to resolve them in a short period of time, thereby supporting the establishment of a stronger operational structure.
Flexible operational services through standard and custom menus
We offer two types of menus, the standard menu and the custom menu, to provide the best option for each client's needs. The standard menu addresses common issues faced by our clients and ensures efficiency and quality stability. It visualizes procedures and details from contract to service delivery, and supports smooth operation toward shared goals. The Custom Menu provides more flexible support by providing detailed support by engineers who understand the customer's environment according to the customer's unique issues and needs. Both menus can be freely selected and combined.
