We have been promoting the following measures to maintain and promote the health of our employees. 1.

1. 100% of employees receive regular health checkups

We regard employee health as an important corporate asset, and have achieved 100% of all employees receiving health checkups. We are working to maintain and promote good health by understanding the state of health and providing appropriate follow-up care. 2.

Utilization and follow-up of health checkup results

The data from the medical checkups is checked by the dedicated industrial physician for all cases, and employees who need to be reexamined are individually recommended to undergo the checkups. By working closely with human resources staff to ensure follow-up until the checkup is completed, the re-checkup rate has been improved. 3.
