Applications will be accepted from February 12 to February 21, 2025. The articles produced through this initiative will be published sequentially from March 8, 2025, International Women's Day.
◆Background of this initiative
With the enactment of the Equal Employment Opportunity Law and the Law for the Promotion of Women's Activities, as well as the SDGs, the environment in which women can play an active role is becoming more and more favorable. However, according to the World Economic Forum's (WEF) "Gender Gap Index 2024," Japan ranks 118th out of 156 countries in terms of gender equality, which is very low by international standards, despite being a developed country.
PlusColor was started with the desire to "create a world where women can continue to play an active role" and is a company that accompanies companies in solving their problems with "public relations" as a weapon. We have decided to implement this project in order to communicate the fact that there are companies in the world where many women are already active and to let as many women as possible know that there are stages of challenge and growth available to them.

We will target companies that promote women's activities and women's empowerment, and create PR articles through interviews with female employees working at those companies. The articles will be used for the company's PR and recruiting activities, and will be published in "NOZOKIMI," which promotes the attractiveness of the company.
