Works for a beverage manufacturer
Born in Kyoto Prefecture, graduated from the University of Tsukuba with a bachelor's degree in social engineering, and completed the first half of a doctoral course at the Faculty of Business Administration, Kobe University.
After joining a beverage manufacturer, he was engaged in product development and marketing of beverages mainly in Japan and overseas. In addition, he has promoted business model reforms and M&A to strengthen the value chain. He is in charge of Chapter 2.
Satoshi Kawase
President, Visioning Partners K.K.
Born in Oita Prefecture, graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Engineering.
After joining Recruit Co., Ltd. he gained experience at a foreign consulting firm, where he worked as a partner before starting his current company, which provides management consulting services. He has worked in various industries including manufacturing, finance, IT, and government. He is in charge of Chapters 1 and 5.

Born in Tokyo, graduated from Waseda University, Faculty of Letters I.
Joined Tokyu Agency Inc. In 2018, he became independent and launched "Berry Spice". He is in charge of Chapter 3.
Kenichi Kohata
General Manager, Business Design Division, Tokyu Agency Inc.
Born in Miyagi Prefecture, graduated from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering.
Joined Tokyu Agency Inc. Experienced in marketing, business administration, solutions, and sales divisions. Responsible for marketing to consumers in various industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, distribution, and new services. In charge of Chapter 4.
