One day I suddenly realized this.
The size of the company varies, but I have never taken the time to listen carefully to what they have to say, even to the person sitting right next to me.
As I broadened my perspective,
I found myself thinking, "So many people go to work in the same building, but when I see them in the elevator, they don't say a word to each other."
