Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe, operated by Saphir Resort K.K. (Headquarters: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture; General Manager: Koji Yoshino), announces that it will reopen on May 1, 2025, after renovation of the annex building.

Reservations for the annex accommodations after the renovation will be accepted from February 1, 2025.

The renovations will provide a new look to the guest rooms, large public baths, and activity facilities, offering a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Points of the renewal

1. guest rooms renovated with an emphasis on comfort

All guest rooms in the annex will be remodeled with a modern and sophisticated design to create a comfortable and relaxing space.

2. renewal of the public baths and installation of a new sauna

By adding a new outdoor open-air bath to the main bath, guests can enjoy a moment of healing in a more comfortable space.

In addition, a newly built exclusive sauna is scheduled to open in July. This will provide a more private and relaxing experience that is different from the saunas associated with the large baths.

3. new activity facilities

A new fitness gym and golf simulator will expand the facilities for the enjoyment of health-conscious guests and sports enthusiasts.

In addition, karaoke rooms and table tennis facilities will be newly available for families and group travelers around summer.
