HORONIC Corporation (Head office: Higashinada-ku, Kobe; Representative Director: Ichiro Osada), which operates community-based hotels mainly in the Kansai region, will hold "Candle Night 2025" on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at the hotel "CETRAY Marina Lake Biwa," which will be lit by 2,000 candles. 2,000 candles will illuminate the grounds. Visitors will be able to enjoy a world of countless candlelights and fantastic lighting in a place where they can feel the lake, greenery, and light and nature. A "Blow out ceremony" will also be held. This is a ceremony in which you put your wishes into the candlelight and gently blow it out to lock in your happiness. About CETRAY Marina Biwako

In September 2013, the third CETRAY Marina Biwako (14 guest rooms and restaurant) opened in the Yanmar Sunset Marina, a marina representing Lake Biwa, in the Kansai region. Blessed with a location directly connected to Lake Biwa, a rarity in Shiga Prefecture, guests can enjoy the changing seasons of Lake Biwa and Mount Hira from the windows of all 14 rooms and throughout the hotel.

The hotel is built with natural materials such as wood, stone, and earth, so that guests can feel the change of seasons and the deep healing power of nature even inside the hotel. The museum's furniture was commissioned to be produced by Weiss Weiss, and original furniture made of wood from Shiga Prefecture has been installed.

The architectural design was created by Ryuichi Ashizawa, a Good Design Award winner and professor at the University of Shiga Prefecture, and the hotel has attracted attention for its environmentally regenerative site management in a natural garden inspired by the natural lakeshore of Lake Biwa in the past.

The hotel's restaurant offers dishes prepared with carefully selected ingredients that the head chef himself sought out by visiting farmers and fishermen, and the food has been well received.
