ATRE Matsudo launches its second limited collaboration menu through industry-academia collaboration! Four types of "pasta to try" with enhanced nutrients

ATRE Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroyuki Takahashi*), in collaboration with Seitoku University and Seitoku University Junior College (Location: Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture; President: Hirozumi Kawanami), and Cheese Egg Garden (Location: 7th floor of ATRE Matsudo) operated by Towa Food Service Co. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masato Kishino), will release the second product on January 17, 2025 (Friday), following the development of a collaborative menu in July.
■Recipe contest held at the school festival
Sixty-three second-year students of the Faculty of Human Nutrition and the Hiroki Seminar of the Department of Human Nutrition at Seitoku University devised 63 recipes under the theme of "I want to eat pasta fortified with these nutrients! The contest was held at the school festival.
The 16 selected recipes were displayed at the 60th Seitoku Festival held at the university in November 2024, and visitors were invited to vote for their favorite pasta dish.
The four pasta dishes selected by a total of 633 voters will be on sale exclusively at Cheese Egg Garden Atre Matsudo from January 17, 2025 (Friday) to February 28, 2025 (Friday).
Soy Milk Cream Pasta with Four Kinds of Mushrooms and Salmon
The use of mushrooms, ground sesame and soy milk not only provides plenty of dietary fiber, but the addition of salmon also makes this pasta rich in protein. The flavorful combined miso and cheese enhance the Japanese taste and help reduce the amount of salt. This is a well-balanced, nutritious dish with a beautiful colorful appearance.
Japanese Pasta with Yuzu Pepper
The fresh aroma and rich flavor of yuzu kosho (Japanese citrus pepper) offers a new and different Japanese pasta experience. The dish is filled with a variety of colorful vegetables that are especially pleasing to women, and is beautiful to the eye, making it a dish that can be enjoyed not only by the sense of taste, but also by the meal itself. Omelette Pasta
