LAC Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Itsuro Nishimoto; hereinafter referred to as "LAC") announced today that LAC Security & AI Day 2025, a major conference event organized by the company, will be held on January 30, 2025. General registration for the event will begin on December 16, 2024.

At this event, internal and external experts will present and discuss the latest information, practical tips for problem solving, and visions for the future on various IT system issues in today's digital society, with a focus on the angle of security and AI-based system development. In 2024, the inaugural event, the theme was security and was delivered online only. In 2025, AI utilization and system development will be added to the theme, and the event will be held in a hybrid format combining on-site and online sessions, expanding its scale.

Part 2] 13:30 - 17:15
Security Track (2 presentations/3 panel discussions)
The Security Track will consist of two lectures and three panel discussions that will not be broadcast online. The topics to be discussed are the current topics of "Large-Scale System Failures," "The Dark Web," and "Disinformation," and experts in each field will engage in in-depth discussions on topics that cannot be discussed in public.
AI Track (4 lectures / 1 panel discussion)
The AI Track will consist of four lectures and one panel discussion. All will be broadcast live online. The lectures will introduce the development and research stories of solutions using generated AI that are actually used in Lack's system integration business, security business, and internal systems.
LAC Security Academy Workshop
The effectiveness of security competitions (CTF) in training security engineers has been attracting attention, but its value can only be understood through actual experience. Therefore, LAC Security & AI Day 2025 will hold a "CTF Experience Workshop for Inexperienced Professionals" for those who are facing challenges in training security personnel. The number of applicants is 16.

Night Session
A night session will be held on the same day for on-site participants only. This is a networking event where you can enjoy a meal and interact directly with the speakers and key people in the industry.
