Harumaki-ya was started by my mother, "Mom-chan", after she left her job as a salaried worker 3 years ago. At that time, we did not have a product name "usual" and had only one kind of menu. It was a dream come true for us to be able to offer it as a tax return gift, and we are very happy to be able to make it a reality.

Even my mother is surprised and says, "Wow, that's great! And most of all, our regular customers were very happy and said, "We are so happy to hear that Mom's taste reaches all over Japan. I realize that I have run this far just to see the smiles on the customers' faces when they say, "It tastes so good, I will come back again.

I want to deliver Mom's spring rolls from Kanazawa to all over Japan. I want to spread the smiles of happy customers all over the country. And we want to make Kanazawa more exciting.
