Towada City Elderly Care Division has been releasing "Enjoyable Singing Exercise at Home" for the purpose of preventing nursing care since 2021.

Now, "Part 3: Enjoyable Singing Exercises at Home" using "Colors Are Forever Seseragu" produced by "Citizens' Organization Inbound Towada" (Chairman: Kazumasa Yoneuchiyama) as music has been released in February 2023.

What is "Colors Forever Seseragu"?

Inbound Towada, a citizen's group in Towada City, Aomori Prefecture (Chairman: Kazumasa Yoneuchiyama), is a nonprofit organization that aims to "bring liveliness to the city! Towada City's Attractiveness through Music! (Chairman: Kazumasa Yoneuchiyama), a citizens' group in Towada City, conducted a project from July to August 2022 to discover human resources who can enliven the community by soliciting musical ideas, recruiting performers, and creating original music full of "love for Towada".

The music was based on "Colors Forever Seseragu," a song co-written by Kanae Oyamada and Yu Nakano, both from Towada City, Aomori Prefecture, and both living outside the prefecture, and was created by incorporating other music ideas submitted by the applicants. The music was arranged by Makoto Sakurada, a singer-songwriter living in Towada City, and was performed by 15 applicants who were invited to participate in the project.

The promotional video was produced by Kazumasa Yoneuchiyama, chairman of the "Citizens' Organization Inbound Towada," incorporating footage taken throughout the year of tourist attractions in Towada City, as well as images of the instrumentalists.

The completed song, "Shikisai towa ni seseragu" (Colors Forever Seseragu), is a song about scenes of the hometown of Towada, Aomori Prefecture, which can be recalled after being away from the city, and the song's content conveys the spring, summer, fall, and winter of Towada.
