Landpia Corporation (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Atsushi Yoshida; hereafter, "Landpia"), a land utilization company, announces that "Boken House," which uses our "container architecture," opened on November 6, 2024 (Wednesday) in Motobuchie Park, a ward in Adachi Ward, Tokyo.

■As a gathering place for children of "Boken-Asobi" in Motofuchie Park, Adachi-ku, Tokyo

Adachi-ward Biological Park in Motobuchie Park has been hosting an event called "Boken Asobi" since 2019 with the aim of creating a place for children. The motto of this event is for children and staff to play freely in nature, enjoying a variety of activities such as playing tag and crafts. This time, we have decided to set up "Boken House" as a facility for this "Boken Asobi" event. This "Boken House" will be used not only as a rest and play area for children during events, but also as a shelter in case of bad weather, and is expected to provide a stable place for children and contribute to the further expansion of "Boken-Asobi".

About "Boken House" using container construction

BOKEN HOUSE" features large openings, taking advantage of its container construction. Furthermore, for the safety of children, Landpia's barrier-free container technology is used to eliminate the difference in the entrance steps.

The exterior is painted in a bright brown color in consideration of the park landscape. The design is friendly and appropriate for a place where children gather.

About "Boken Asobi

Adachi Ward's "Boken Asobi" is an event held at Motobuchie Park, where children enjoy playing outside with staff and other children gathered there. The motto of the event is to play freely in nature and enjoy various games such as playing tag and crafts.
