Denshi Gihan Co. (Location: Suita City, Osaka, President: Hiroki Kitayama) will release Evangelion design "FLASH iPhone 16Pro Case, 16Pro Max Case" from "FLASH Series", a line of PCB art goods using PCB design and manufacturing technology, equipment, and design capabilities. The "FLASH iPhone 16Pro Case and 16Pro Max Case" with Evangelion design will be available at moeco's direct sales stores and retailers from November 20, 2024 (Wednesday). Also, "IC Card Case" and "15Pro Case, 15Pro Max Case, 14Pro Case, 14Pro Max Case, etc." with the same design will continue to be sold. The main feature of the "FLASH Series" is not only the intricate design of the circuit board, but also the circuit that allows the LEDs to light up when triggered by radio waves. The circuit that makes LEDs glow with radio waves is patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

Product Features
This is a product seriously made by board professionals. It is designed by CAD for printed circuit boards, and electronic components are mounted (soldered) on a real board. We design the CAD in-house and mount the components on the surface mounting line at our main factory, which is used for our main business. The board CAD that designs the board is not design software, so lines are drawn one by one with the mouse. The fine lines are designed with 0.1 mm wiring patterns, and the boards are gold-plated.
After mounting electronic components, they are coated one by one by human hands in a clean room (class 1000) to protect the mounted components until the resin is full of surface tension and vacuum heated. Then, air bubbles and dust on the resin surface are removed by hand.
Designed and manufactured in Japan, all products are RoHS compliant (lead-free). They are packaged in a gift box and can be used as a present.

Note: For the iPhone 16 series, we will be releasing two types of cases for the 16Pro and 16Pro Max. Also, Magsafe & Wireless Power Transfer cannot be used due to interference of wiring patterns in the design.
＜Why does the "FLASH iPhone case" shine? > "FLASH
The LEDs glow by converting the radio waves emitted by the iPhone itself into electricity and boosting the voltage. The LEDs do not glow during normal operation, but glow randomly when the iPhone emits strong radio waves. The glowing mechanism is that the antenna circuit on the back side of the board catches strong radio waves emitted by the iPhone and circulates them to the front side of the board. There is only one LED. The circuit that makes the LED glow with radio waves was patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

In the Evangelion first plane design, a total of 27 electronic components are mounted in the core of the chest, including a 2mm red LED. In addition, the Evangelion First Plane was precisely designed with approximately 140,000 lines. The background of the first plane is an animated scene of the startup test site on a PCB that mimics the wiring pattern of a printed circuit board. ＜FLASH IC Card Case" makes your commute to work or school more enjoyable.
It comes with a gimmick of LED light that glows without batteries when you touch a ticket gate or pay with an IC card (*1). The IC card case is made of 100% PCB, and three types of PCBs (front, middle, and back) are press-glued together to make the case. The printed circuit board is made of FR-4 (glass fiber cloth + epoxy), a light and strong material used in automotive circuit boards and industrial equipment. The key chain is included under the IC card case inside the gift box.
