Riot Entertainment, Inc. will host the "Tokai Student Performing Arts Awards" on February 23, 2025, where student comedians from the Tokai region (Aichi, Gifu, Mie, Shizuoka) will come together to aim for the top of the laugh list.

The "Tokai Student Performing Arts Awards" were first held last year by a number of students led by "Ueno Otsuri," a member of the Aichi-Gakuin University comedy club "Morisu," out of a passionate desire to create a student comedy competition in the Tokai region. Despite being held for the first time, the steady efforts paid off and the event was a great success.

Furthermore, we have decided to hold the second competition, which has been greatly enhanced in terms of venue and scale!

The venue this time is the "Nayabashi Theater" in Nayabashi, Nagoya.

Here, comedy events such as "Nayabashi Laugh Theater" are held every month in collaboration with K-PRO. In addition, with the addition of broadcaster Yuji Morishita, who is in charge of "Nayabashi Laugh Theater" and "Chojamachi raBBit," the competition will undergo a major evolution.

The theme of the convention is "to make it a convention that can be passed on to the next generation."

In order to create an environment where the next generation can take over the management of the tournament as a student tournament, we are preparing for partnerships with venues, sponsorships, and even crowdfunding.

The prize money for the winner is 100,000 yen.

The extra prize is the right to appear on CBC Radio's "Omae Ryosuke no Choi Buzz.

We hope to bring the excitement of "student comedy" to the Tokai region! Please support the students in their challenge.
