Vectology's proposal to use a 180° real-time 4K panoramic camera Proposal for Use of 180° Real-time 4K Panoramic Camera Selected for JR East Start-up Program Spring 2024

Vectology Inc. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; President: Yoshikazu Shinoda) has been selected by East Japan Railway Company (President: Yoichi Kise*, hereinafter "JR East") and JR East Startup Corporation (President: Yutaka Shibata) for the "JR East Startup Program 2024 Spring" for its proposal on labor-saving train maintenance using a 180° real-time 4K panorama camera (hereinafter "Accuvision"). (President: Yoichi Kise*, hereinafter "JR East") and JR East Startup Corporation (President: Yutaka Shibata) have jointly sponsored the "JR East Startup Program 2024 Spring".

Yoichi Kisei's "Sei" is a variant of "sei", which is a combination of "sei" and "maru".

About JR East Startup Program 2024

JR East and JR East Startup Co., Ltd. are promoting the JR East Startup Program, a business creation activity through collaboration with venture companies and people with excellent business ideas. The program holds two recruitment sessions every year, in spring and fall, and this is the 10th time since the program started.

This time, our "Accuvision" was selected for its ability to save labor for train maintenance, and we will conduct a verification experiment with the support of the JR East Group to commercialize the technology.

The PITCH STAGE is an event of JR EAST STARTUP DAY held on November 25-26, 2024, where 10 companies selected for the Spring 2024 competition will make presentations and participate in the judging.
