Aluna Corporation (Headquarters: Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture; President: Takeshi Yukiyama), a planner, developer, and manufacturer of picture frames, acquired the Platinum rank in the "White Company Certification" organized by the Japan Next Generation Enterprise Promotion Organization (White Foundation) in December 2024.

The percentage of companies certified as white companies is approximately 20%. Among them, only 51 companies in Japan have been certified as Platinum Rank, the highest rank. The number of companies certified as White Corporations is only 51 in Japan (fiscal 2023 results, according to the organizer).

What is a White Company?

The "White Company Certification" is given to companies in seven categories (business model/productivity, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance, health management, human resource development/job satisfaction, risk management, and labor law compliance). The certification is granted after confirming the presence or absence of initiatives in each of these areas. The White Company Certification is the only certification in Japan that does not focus on a single initiative, but rather comprehensively evaluates companies that engage in a well-balanced approach across the seven categories.
