North Kyoto Job Park, a public employment support facility operated by Kyoto Prefecture (located on the 4th floor of Citizen's Exchange Plaza Fukuchiyama, 400 Ekimae-cho, Fukuchiyama City, Kyoto Prefecture), will hold an event "Omoroi Dai Gathering in Umi-no-Kyoto," where you can collect information on immigration and job hunting at the same time! Omoroi in Kyoto of the Sea! I want to live! Want to live! Want to work! Charming! ～Background of the "Migration & Job Hunting Fair 2

Our organization felt that the conventional "conventional company information sessions" no longer appeal to job seekers.

In order to eliminate the mismatch that occurs when the "omoroi things" of attractive companies are not conveyed, we planned this event with university students to allow them to hear "only the omoroi parts" of the companies to the fullest.

In the first part of the fair, companies that are "omoroi companies" will make presentations in a style designed together with the students. The theme is "Here's what's interesting about my company! The theme is "What's interesting about my company!

There is no need for a company overview or a conventional company description. You will simply do your best to convey "omoroi things" to the job seekers.

After the presentations, there will be a Q&A session with the student staff. At this event, students can honestly ask questions that they would normally find difficult to ask, such as "This is what I really want to know about the company! In the second part of the event, we will have a Q&A session with the participating companies and job seekers.

The second part of the event will be a "stand-up" style free discussion where participating companies and job seekers will have a chance to talk freely. If you are nervous, you will not be able to ask the questions you really want to ask. These roundtable discussions are designed to bring companies and job seekers closer together.

The northern part of Kyoto Prefecture has many wonderful resources, including the sea and forests.

We would be happy if we could rediscover the charm of northern Kyoto, let many people know about it, and make them fall in love with it.

Presentation theme: "What's interesting about our company?

(1) Company profile introduction by students (1 minute speech)

(2) 7-minute presentation by one company on the theme of "What's interesting about our company? (2) Each company will give a 7-minute presentation on the theme of "What's great about my company!

(3) Student staff will ask 2-minute questions on the theme "What do you want to know about the company?
