Development Background

MAIM's representative, Maori Mouri (19), had been raising chickens at his parents' house during his high school years, and noticed their fascination as a living creature. On the other hand, he realized that keeping chickens in private homes presents challenges in terms of smell, noise, and space.

Furthermore, while learning about the poultry industry, which raises chickens as livestock, I witnessed numerous problems, such as health risks to chickens due to breeding and climate change, environmental pollution caused by raising chickens, and delays in animal welfare.

RICKOCK was conceived to remedy these problems and enable more people to raise chickens, a fascinating animal.

By building a system to raise chickens remotely through an app, we can take a different approach from conventional poultry farming, which has been pursuing profit and cost performance.

I myself am not just looking for profit, but I sincerely hope that this service will help both animals and humans and lead to social contribution activities toward my dream of creating a world where animals and humans can "coexist" in harmony.

2. incubate the purchased eggs remotely using an incubator
