Office Premium Frozen is a permanent company meal service that is currently used by more than 1,900 companies, with the number of customers increasing at an average of 70 contracts per month. Amidst the growing demand for this service, we have introduced a new product for the fall and winter season: a hot noodle menu. This product was developed in response to customer requests for a product that warms the body during the cold season, rather than a cup of noodles.
This new menu item is the result of our commitment not only to "provide high quality products that are tasty and healthy," but also to "create products that will please our customers.

Eight ingredients (bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, carrots, spinach, pork, kikurage mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms) are stir-fried over an open flame to bring out their umami and savory flavors, and combined with thick noodles made from an original blend of semi-solid and medium-strength flour for a firm texture and good soup consistency.

This richly flavored kitsune udon uses "6020 Dashi Scented White Dashi," a refined taste based on honjozo white soy sauce and the flavor of bonito flakes from Makurazaki, Soda flakes from Makurazaki, and kombu seaweed.
Made with only Hokkaido wheat, salt, and water, it contains udon noodles with the distinctive flavor of wheat and a glutinous texture, seasoned deep-fried tofu seasoned with Kansai-style seasoning, and Japanese green onions.
