NANAdesign Inc. (Representative: Toshikazu Shiozaki) is crowdfunding from October 25, 2024 to December 31, 2024 for the opening of a new restaurant, "Hachiya" in Susono, Shizuoka Prefecture. Hachiya" is an eatery that serves steak bowls and European-style Japanese beef curry using carefully selected Wagyu beef, but also aims to be an exchange center that connects local culture and people. The restaurant is scheduled to open in January 2025 and will begin operations in the Susono Civic Cultural Center.

In addition to providing delicious food, the restaurant is to be a place where local artists and creators can present their works and foster connections between people and the culture of Susono City. We also aim to contribute to the local economy by actively utilizing local ingredients. The "8" in the name of the restaurant means "∞ (infinity)" when placed horizontally, and is a reference to the hope that the restaurant will be a place where unlimited creativity and connections can be born.

Crowdfunding Details

In this crowdfunding campaign, we are offering a special return gift to express our gratitude to our supporters. Funds from your support will be used to equip and renew the store. The returned goods include local specialties such as domestically produced crispy menma and Fuji grated dried shiitake mushrooms from NPO Mirai Construction Department, Kinumusume rice produced in Susono City which is also used at 8ya, as well as chocolate confections by Normandie Chocolat of Tokinosu Co.
