Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development Corporation ("MCUD"; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kenji Morita) and Phoenix Property Investors Japan Limited (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative in Japan: Daisuke Hayashi), a Hong Kong-based investment group, have announced the completion on October 31, 2024 of their first joint project, a logistics facility to be developed in Minamiyama, Kato-shi, Hyogo Prefecture.
