In recent years, due to disease and pest damage to Okinawan sweet potatoes, development of sweet potatoes for fruits and vegetables has been promoted in various places in Okinawa Prefecture, but even after development, there were few sales due to branding problems. Therefore, "Teinu Murasaki(R)," a rare Okinawan brand of sweet potato cultivated by contract farmers under thorough cultivation management, was released this time. It is sweeter and more vivid in color and taste.
