The Bureau of Industrial and Labor Affairs, Tokyo Metropolitan Government will hold a PR event for Tokyo traditional crafts at KITTE Marunouchi from November 1 (Fri.) to 5 (Tue.), 2024, under the title of "Traditional crafts of Tokyo WONDER SESSION in AUTUMN -Exceeding the imagination. - The Tokyo Bureau of Industrial and Labor Affairs will hold a PR event for Tokyo's traditional crafts from November 1 (Fri.) to 5 (Tue.), 2024, at KITTE Marunouchi under the title of "Traditional crafts of Tokyo WONDER SESSION in AUTUMN - to the world of traditional crafts beyond imagination.

A total of 16 types of contents that you can try while learning from craftspeople will be available, and the content of the experience will change daily. Advance reservations are recommended for this rare opportunity to learn from artisans, but same-day reservations are also available. Design Contest for "What I wish I had! Exhibition and Award Ceremony (Tokyo City Eye Performance Zone on the 1st floor of KITTEB, Atrium on the 1st floor)
A record 760 entries were received for the contest, which began accepting entries in June, and all the entries will be exhibited at the venue. As a result of rigorous screening by the judges, one Tokyo Governor's Award (Grand Prize), five Awards of Excellence, and ten Honorable Mentions have been selected, and an award ceremony will be held to honor the winners.

A fair to support the affected areas will be held to exhibit and sell traditional crafts from the areas affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake (Ishikawa, Toyama, and Niigata prefectures). Traditional crafts such as Wajima lacquerware, Kutani ware, Takaoka copperware, Murakami wood carving Tsuishu, Mumyoi ware, etc. will be exhibited and sold.
