What is 3R Promotion Month?

　Every October is "3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) Promotion Month" led by the Ministry of the Environment. It is a period during which the Ministry calls on the public and businesses to understand and cooperate with the 3Rs in an effort to reduce waste generation and build a recycling-oriented society.
