A New Approach to Increasing Engagement among Young Employees

This training program aims to increase engagement in the workplace by promoting self-discovery and connection with peers, especially for a generation that lacks real communication experience due to the Corona disaster.

Strengthening self-understanding and empathy in a situation completely detached from work, freeing the body and mind, and mutual understanding with peers in a positive psychological state. We aim to create new challenges and creative relationships born from the inspiration gained there.
