Synopsis:

More than 60 years have passed since the battle between the deep-sea beast Reigo and the battleship Yamato, and in the present day, global warming is intensifying and the earth's ecosystem is changing.

A mysterious giant creature appears in the seas around Japan, attacks tankers, engages in battle with something, and approaches Tokyo Bay. In Tokyo Bay, a fishing boat catches an ominous deep-sea creature, but it disappears to the bottom of the sea with a mysterious explosion.

In Asakusa, downtown Tokyo, the daytime bustle has died down, and shopkeepers are drunkenly making strange noises at the intersection in front of the station.

Suddenly, the Sumida River water bus terminal is engulfed in a column of water and smoke, and a huge creature with lightning bolts and sharp eyes catches a glimpse of the terrified people.

The Taito Defense Force is dispatched at the request of the government to attack the giant creature, and Asakusa is engulfed in flames in a tremendous battle...
