Craft Beer from Uokin Brewery in Shibuya Mark City Available at Isetan Shinjuku main store from October 9 (Wed.) for a limited time only

Uokin Brewery opened on the second floor of Shibuya Mark City in June 2019 as a Japanese restaurant and beer brewery of the Uokin Group, which operates 52 restaurants in Tokyo and Kanagawa.

The restaurant offers freshly brewed craft beer and dishes made with the freshest fish purchased that day.

As a brewing team, we aim to create beers that play a role in connecting people and food, from beers with unique flavors to beers to accompany meals that go well with Japanese food.

We are pleased to announce that from October 9 (Wed.) through October 15 (Tue.), Uokin Brewing's craft beers will be available at the "ISETAN Craft Beer Bar" on the basement floor of Isetan Shinjuku main store.

The five brands we will offer are [Shinbashi], [RAN&RAN], [Tipsy], [Barley Rain], and [Resurrection].

Please take this opportunity to taste these urban beers brewed in the middle of Shibuya.

Shinbashi 30th Anniversary

◆Shinbashi Alc.5.0%.

Fresh Hop Golden Ale

This beer commemorates the 30th anniversary of Uokin's founding. It is made with fresh hops grown in Fukushima prefecture and has a clear yellow color and a refreshing taste that brings out the character of malt and hops.

◆RAN&RAN Alc.5.0%.

Hazy Pale Ale

Hazy Pale Ale has a tropical aroma of grapefruit and mango. It has a light, juice-like flavor with a moderate bitterness.

Tipsy 5.0% Alc.

YUZU Belgian White

This time, we used blue yuzu and coriander. The use of blue yuzu instead of yellow gives it a fresh aroma and a good balance between the coriander and malt.

IPA(British Style)

This IPA is characterized by its aroma of malt, sweetness and bitterness. The emphasis is on bitterness rather than hop aroma, and a yeast that can bring out the character of the malt has been selected. It is a beer that gives a strong sense that beer is an alcoholic beverage made from wheat.
