Ramen Yamaoka-ya, operated by Marusendai Yamaoka-ya Co., Ltd. will open the Forest Mall Kai Store (located in Kai City, Yamanashi Prefecture), the fourth branch of its dried ramen specialty restaurant, Niboshi Ramen Yamaoka-ya, on October 7, 2024 (Monday).

About "Niboshi Ramen Yamaoka

Niboshi Ramen Yamaoka-ya" is a branch of "Ramen Yamaoka-ya" that specializes in niboshi ramen.

Characteristic of this restaurant is its niboshi soup, which is made from carefully selected niboshi from all over Japan and cooked over a controlled temperature range to produce a rich flavor and deep richness.

We offer everything from light ramen with a rich niboshi aroma to thick niboshi ramen that will satisfy even the niboshi fanatic known as "nibollers. We are also proud of our tsukemen and mazesoba, and look forward to serving you.
