Notice of Appointment of "Executive Director

Tokyu Agency Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toshiyuki Kosaka) is pleased to announce the appointment of Daisuke Kawahara, an employee of Tokyu Corporation, as Executive Director.

We have set a long-term vision of "becoming an experience value co-creation company that works side-by-side with our customers to help them grow their businesses. In the mid-term management plan that started in fiscal year 2024, we have set forth the reform of human resource strategy (HRX) to enhance corporate value, and in July, we revised our human resource system and have been promoting the reform of human resource development.

The "Executive Director" is an employee with outstanding expertise and a proven track record of making a high contribution to the Company, and is expected to continue to lead and energize the organization in the future.

We will focus on developing human resources who can realize a business environment that demonstrates high creativity and productivity, and who can become partners in leading our customers to solutions to their diverse and complex issues.

Daisuke Kawahara

Born in 1976, Kawahara joined Tokyu Agency in 1999.

After working for a marketing consulting firm, he was transferred to the Marketing Department and then to the Communication Design Department of the Creative Department, where he launched the creative boutique TOTB in 2014. integrated direction.

Appointed as Executive Director in October 2024.
