Umeda Cheese Lab, which offers a new kind of cheese sweets that only a cheese sweets specialty store can provide, surprising and inspiring cheese sweets from Umeda, Osaka to all over Japan, will start selling "Caramel Sandwich" sequentially from September 27 (Fri.).

Caramel Sandwich," a luxurious taste of mellow caramel and rich chocolate sandwiched between cheese cookies, will be newly released.

It has been six years since the birth of Umeda Cheese Lab.

We have developed this product with the desire to introduce a new and exciting sweet.

What is the Caramel Sandwich?

Umeda Cheese Lab's popular cookies are made with white chocolate, so we have been developing a different product.

The "melt-in-your-mouth" mellow caramel is encased in rich and luxurious milk chocolate and sandwiched between gently smooth langdosha cookies.

The combination of the rich and mellow caramel and chocolate with the cheese kneaded into the baked rangudosha, which only a cheese sweets specialty store can offer, provides two different textures of melt-in-your-mouth and crunchy texture.
