She started baton twirling at the age of 3, won a national championship and placed 5th in a world competition, and studied classical ballet from the age of 5 and jazz dance from the age of 16. She moved to Tokyo when she entered university and studied dance abroad in New York, and while working for avex, she was involved in a wide range of entertainment activities, including modeling, fashion shows, and stage choreography. In college, she majored in sports medicine and dance kinesiology, learning theoretical body movement.
