Kushikatsu Chitose (Representative: Hiroyuki Tanaka), which has its main restaurant in Hachinonosato, Higashiosaka, will open a new Kosaka branch on October 17, 2024 (tentative). To prepare for the opening, the company has been challenging crowdfunding since August 16, 2012. We reached our first goal of 1,000,000 yen within 5 days of the start, and as of September 6, we have received 1,268,000 yen in total from 96 donors.

We are continuing to work together with you to build on our history and to make Chitose even more exciting, and have set our next goal at 3,000,000 yen. We will add original eco-bags and T-shirts as new return gifts to reach our next goal!

In order to reach the next goal of 3 million yen, original eco-bags and T-shirts will be newly added to the return gift (return). The logo design is by heart artist "LiQue," who has been a regular customer since the Chitose Shinsekai era and is known as the "Picasso of Nishinari. Born on April 18, 1950 in Nishinari-ku, Osaka. He is called "Heart Artist" for his "heart letters" that unite letters and hearts and his soulful performances at live viewings. He also actively collaborates with many musicians, including Masahiro Kuwana. As a designer, he has a wide range of experience, from creating logos to designing goods and advertisements, including posters for the opening of Kansai Airport and uniforms for the Meitoku Gijuku Baseball Club.

About Chitose Kushikatsu

Chitose Kushikatsu was founded in 1949 in Shinsekai, Osaka, the home of kushikatsu. It was founded by the father and aunt of the current head of the company. Later, in 2008, the restaurant moved to its hometown of Hachinosato in Higashi-Osaka, and in 2024, it will celebrate its 75th year in business. Many of our customers are regulars of all generations and are known by the nickname "Chitose.

Currently, the company operates two stores, the Hachinonosato Main Store and the Fuse Store, and the Kosaka Store will be its third store.
